 Entry Details Entries fees for all rides are as follows:

Ride A 34mls - £30 - entrants over 16yrs, £15 - under 16yrs. Riders under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
 
Ride B 64mls - £30 - entrants over 16yrs, £15 - under 16yrs. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
 
Ride C 90mls - £30 all entrants. Riders must be over 18 or have dispensation from the organiser if between 16-18yrs. No rider under 16 will be allowed to do this ride.
 
Ride D - 106mls - £30 all entrants. Riders must be over 18 or have dispensation from the organiser if between 16-18yrs. No rider under 16 will be allowed to do this ride.
 
In order to enter you can enter your details online and make payment. Please ensure that you enter valid contact information as required.
  
All participants must be pre-entered for the event. It is not possible to enter either on the day or on the Friday

Event Regulations
The riders who are under 16 participating in Ride A must be accompanied by a responsible adult and have the entry form signed by a parent or guardian.
 
The riders who are over 16 and under 18 participating in Ride B if riding unaccompanied must submit a parental consent form. Riders under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and have the entry form signed by a parent or guardian.
 
The riders must be over 18 on the day of the event in order to enter rides C or D. Riders who are 16-18 and accompanied by an adult can apply for special dispensation from the organiser to complete this rides.
  1. Participants will be responsible for the road worthiness of their own cycle.
  2. Riders will be set off in groups of 60 or less at two minute intervals.
  3. All participants are covered by British Cycling Third Party Insurance for the duration of the event. The cost of which is included in the entry fee. The organisation is covered for civil party liability.
  4. No bicycle, tandem or other machine, conventional or otherwise, is permitted to have unconventional handlebars including triathlon bars or aero bars. Triathlon/Time Trial bikes will only be allowed at the discretion of the Organiser.  Butterfly Bars and ATB bar ends are permitted.
  5. You must obey all Highway Code Rules. You are requested to ride in single file where appropriate and no more than 2 abreast at any time. Please be aware of your fellow cyclists and other traffic.
  6. Please indicate your intention to stop or change direction.
  7. You may not deviate from your official route. From start to finish there will be signage marking each route. Directions for each ride will be indicated by signs.
  8. The event will be marshaled by  National Escort Group Moto marshals. Their instructions and advice must be obeyed. Failure to do so may result in withdrawal from the event.
  9. Signs will  indicate when you are approaching a refreshment stop.
  10. All volunteers and staff involved in the event will be clearly identifiable. The NEG Moto marshals do not have the authority to stop motorists. They are there for your safety and other road users. It is the responsibility of each participant to take the correct course for the ride entered.
  11. All riders must wear a cycle helmet that complies with the CE Standard EN1078. Cycling shoes, shorts and jerseys are also recommended.
  12. All riders are recommended to carry 2 drink bottles, an energy bar or similar snack, a spare tube and wet weather clothing. We also advise that riders carry ID and a small amount of money.
  13. You may not use your mobile phone or any other multi media device such as an i Phone while riding.
  14. Rider's number, issued at registration, must be displayed on the front of the bike for identification.
  15. Each rider will be issued with a timing chip and this will be used to give split times and ensure riders do not deviate from their chosen route. Any rider missing a check point on their appointed route will be deemed to have abandoned the event. 
  16. Entry fees are not refundable. However entries may be deferred to the following year in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the organiser.
  17. Entries cannot be transferred to another person.
  18. The Organisers reserve the right to terminate an individual's ride on health and safety grounds. The rides will take place regardless of bad weather and will only be cancelled, re-routed or stopped for reasons of safety.
  19. On each route there will be designated feeding stations where riders can obtain drinks and energy food.  There are also several cafés and pubs on the two other rides where competitors can purchase food and drinks.
  20. No participant (other than those on tandems) may take food or drink from anyone whilst on the move. If you need food or drink, you must stop to receive it.
  21. Mobile support vehicles in the form of cars or motorbikes are strictly forbidden and will lead to disqualification. You may however receive outside support from a stationary vehicle. Any such vehicle must not interfere with the progress of the riders.
  22. There will be support vehicles on each route and riders experiencing difficulties will be transported to the finish if required.
  23. All riders must register to receive their number and timing chip individually either on the day or on the Friday. All participants must be pre-registered before the event.
  24. Participants cannot register on behalf of one or more other riders. This is an insurance requirement. 
  25. All those who wish to participate in the event must pre-enter online using the event entry module on the website.
  26. It is not possible to enter on the day of the event or the preceding day.
  27. All participants are responsible for the safety of their bikes and all possessions at all times. The organisers will not be held responsible for any theft or damage to bikes or other possessions whilst participating in the event.
