Here are some rider guides to help you prepare for the Cyclone Challenge Rides' more notable hills. The 2019 Cyclone Challenge Rides will take place on Saturday 6th July and include 34, 64, 90 and 106 mile options.

Starting with the Ryals that will also feature in the Curlew Cup and Beaumont Trophy the day after (Sunday 7 July) and is a great place to cycle out and enjoy the action:
